Canola Oil

Canola oil ranks second after soybean in vegetable oil production in the world. Besides, vitamins A, D, E, and K, canola oil contains Omea 3 and Omega 6. It is being preferred more with every passing day all over the world for having the characteristics of both olive oil and other liquid vegetable oils.

Canola oil is used in salads or fried foods. Anything that can be said for olive oil also applies to canola oil. Canola oil has characteristics equivalent to olive oil. However, olive oil is in the category of semi-saturated oils.

Canola oil does not emit smoke or release chemicals under excessive heat. Moreover, it has an antioxidant characteristic.
