Walnut

As it has a high rate of fibers, it does not increase the blood sugar much or cause cardiovascular diseases like simple carbohydrates do. It is added to desserts, rice dish and foods.
Almond
Almond is a product that can be both consumed as a snack and added to candies, cakes and various foods. Its oil is used in industry.
It has 54% fat and 16.9% starch in it. It is rich in terms of mineral salt and vitamins. It contains carbohydrate, unsaturated fat, fiber, phosphor, calcium, iron, potassium, magnesium, zinc and Vitamins A, B, C and E in sufficient amounts. A handful of almonds covers 45% of the daily need for manganese, and 20% of the need for copper.
Hazelnut
Hazelnut is both consumed as a fruit and used heavily in the biscuit and cake sector. It is highly used in mash and cream forms. As a very delicious nuts, hazelnut is also a quite good source of energy, gives strength to the body, and helps eliminating body and mental fatigue. It is also very beneficial in terms of cardiovascular health.
